About Our School

Woodroffe Avenue Public School is an Early French Immersion Centre located in a well-established neighbourhood opposite the Carlingwood Public Library. Our catchment area ranges from near Bayshore in the west, to Sherbourne Avenue in the east, and between the Ottawa River and Highway 417. Our English partner schools are Severn PS, Regina PS, D. Roy Kennedy PS and Pinecrest PS. We foster excellence in a safe and caring environment. We are proud of our emphasis on French language acquisition and encourage students to speak in French whenever possible.
